EligibilityAll dogs except NAHRA GMHR’s or higher will need to qualify for each Invitational. In order to qualify, the dog must be a Master Hunting Retriever. Dogs needing to qualify, shall have qualified twice at a Licensed NAHRA Senior Field Test during the qualification period. All AKC Master Hunter, CKC Master Hunter, HRC/UKC Hunting Retriever Champion or higher are invited and will be eligible to enter if the dog has qualified at two NAHRA Senior Field Tests during the qualification period.
- Any dog that qualified in the previous year's NAHRA Invitational Field Test will automatically be qualified for the next year.
- The owner and handler of all dog's entered will be required to be a current NAHRA member.
- Handlers/Owners of dogs from other venues, without a NAHRA Master Hunting Retriever title, will be required to produce a copy of a title certificate to the Invitational Committee Field Test Secretary prior to participation.

The NAHRA West Region will host the 2022 NAHRA Invitational Hunting Retriever Field Test on June 15-18, 2022 at Espanola Training Grounds located near Medical Lake, Washington. The test headquarters will be located at Espanola Training Grounds.
Online entries open no later than 01/01/2022
Qualification period and entries will close June 1, 2022.
Full refunds, minus a $50 administration fee will be given prior to the drawing date for ill or injured dogs or dog’s in-season when a written request is accompanied by a veterinarian’s certification. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the Field Test Committee. Entrants not earning MHR by June 1, 2022, and scratches will be refunded in full minus a $50 administration fee.

Invitational level field test awards (NAHRA Invitational rosette ribbons and bands) will be given to all qualifying dogs entered as participants. Awards and presentations for qualifying dog’s location will be held off site at a location announced on the Invitational website following completion of the test.
A random drawing will be held by the Field Test Committee to determine the running order. Please do not call for the running order. Check the Invitational website after the entry closing date for further information. The Invitational committee reserves the right to modify the schedule as determined appropriate.
Note: Ducks, pheasants, and/or chukar may be used in all tests.
